A Lifelong Journey With Yoga

Yoga entered Sujith’s life at the age of 11. Over the years, his interest in the practice grew into a deeper commitment to learning and understanding yoga beyond its physical form.

He continued to practise and learn under various masters, exploring the relationship between movement, breath, discipline and awareness.

Through his years of practice and formal yoga training, Sujith has developed a deeper understanding of yoga and its traditional foundations.

Today, he continues to share his experience with students from different backgrounds and parts of the world, guiding them through a practice that is both meaningful and personal.

HIS TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Yoga That Meets You Where You Are

Every student arrives with a different body, a different experience and a different reason for beginning yoga.

Some come to improve strength and flexibility. Others are looking for greater calm, better awareness or a deeper understanding of themselves. Some eventually feel called to share yoga with others.

Sujith believes that yoga should meet the student where they are.

His teaching encourages students to develop awareness of their own bodies and breath, while gradually building a deeper relationship with the practice.

Whether teaching a private session, a group class or a Yoga Teacher Training program, his approach is centred around personal guidance, consistency and awareness.
